• Usage data — pages visited, AI questions asked, tool inputs (e.g. nationality, age, income range entered into the Visa Oracle). Used to improve the Service.
• Technical data — IP address, browser, device, cookies.
• Payment data — handled by our payment processor; we do not store card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To deliver AI guidance and tool results.
• To improve accuracy and product quality (aggregated/anonymized).
• To send transactional emails (account, billing, security).
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. AI Processing

Questions you submit to the AI Consultant are sent to our AI provider for inference. Do not submit passport numbers, financial account numbers, or other sensitive identifiers. We do not use your prompts to train third-party foundation models.

4. Sharing

We share data only with:

• Infrastructure providers (hosting, database, AI inference) under contract.
• Payment processors for billing.
• Authorities when legally required.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for session and preferences, and analytics cookies to measure usage. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the Service may not function.

6. Data Retention

We retain account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to satisfy legal and tax obligations. You may request deletion at any time.
